Blue & Gold Banquet

Austin had his scout Blue & Gold Banquet this past week. It was a first for us and a lot of fun. The scouts had to make a cake by themselves and then it was judged. Austin's won the most "beautiful". Austin also received 3 belt loops. We are trying to work real hard on getting his Wolf badge. He is SOOO CLOSE!! :) Here are a few pics from the evening.

How many deer can you count?

Last week I was driving home from work when I saw what appeared to be about 13-14 deer running parallel in the field next to me. It was awesome!! I took a picture and some video. They are a lot closer then they appear in the pic and video but the zoom on my phone doesn't work well.
