New Hair

I finally decided to color my hair for the 1st time EVER!! I didn't go too drastic this time but some day I will. I really want to try dark with some blonde highlights some day. My neighbor also put a few highlights in it and then cut a few more layers. Here are a few pics!!

What color are the chickens?

So, I'm driving down my street today and talking to Cameron who is in the back seat. While I'm driving down the street my nephew is coming at me in his truck trying to play chicken. I then ask Cameron, "Did you see Brandon? He's playing chicken with mommy.". Cameron was quiet for a few seconds and then says, "Mommy, what color were the chickens?" You can imagine the explanation that followed.....Poor kids is confused.

Beautiful Weather

The weather today was absolutely fabulous and perfect!! Kent and I decided to take advantage of it. We took the two younger boys to the outdoor volleyball court at our church as soon as Cameron got home from school. They LOVED it! Benjamin has never played in sand before so he thought it was great. We stayed for about an hour and just let the boys play. I sure hope the weather continues so we can continue our outings in the sunshine. Maybe we should invest in a sand box. Happy Birthday Benjamin!!

Benjamin David Green was born two years ago today weighing in at 8 lbs. 6 oz. and 21 1/2 inches long. He is such a joy in our family. He is growing into such a cute little toddler.

As a family we celebrated his birthday last night since Kent works tonight. My mom came and so did Stacie with her kids. It was a lot of fun. Benjamin loved opening presents. He didn't want much to do with his cake when everyone was there but he had a piece after everyone left. He is having fun today playing with his new toys.
